We understand that purchasing items online don’t always go as planned, that's why we offer a simple and easy return process. 

Customers have the right to return 2 items per order within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We offer a full refund for full priced items in original condition. We offer exchanges or store credits for sale items including items purchased on site wide promotional sales (e.g. Black Friday). Once we receive your return, please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed and for your refund to come through. Online store credits and gift cards are final and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. 

Please note, Welcome Offer (LMSINTRO) and any other codes cannot be used in-conjunction with other promotions and sitewide sales. 

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order upon receipt of the returned products. 

International shipping may vary, so our international customers will need to return items at their own expense. 

We strongly recommend using a trackable method of postage as LMS will not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit. 


The item/s must be in original condition and in the original packaging. 

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. LMS has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.

The item/s must be returned to the address provided by LMS before the credit is processed. The cost of the original freight will not be reimbursed or refunded as mentioned under the Australian Consumer Law. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to issue the refund. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
