RETURNS POLICY 

We understand that purchasing items online don’t always go as planned, that's why we offer a simple and easy return process. 

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days. We offer a full refund for items in original condition. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 1 week for your return to be processed and for your refund to come through.  

US Returns

We offer FREE Returns on exchanges or store credits. 

If you would like a full refund the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns or full refunds on sale items. We can assist in exchanging your item for another size. The cost of the return will depend on your location.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

2) You will receive an email with instructions on your return and the shipping label attached.  

3) Package up your item safely, attach the shipping label and drop off at your local post office  - any items not properly packaged will not be eligible for a full refund. Please make sure the shoe box is protected with bubble wrap or the bubble bag that you received with the order.

Returns outside of the US

Customers outside of the US are responsible for return shipping costs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s must be in original condition and in the original packaging. 


Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. LMS has the rights to deny any item/s that aren't returned in their original condition.

The item/s must be returned to the address provided by LMS before the credit is processed. The cost of the original freight will not be reimbursed or refunded as mentioned under the Australian Consumer Law. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to issue the refund. We recommend sending with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues.
