INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer FREE worldwide shipping via Australia Express Post. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery within metro areas.
*Please note that couriers are experiencing delays in the movement of ecommerce orders, so please ensure that you allow extra time for delivery in the event a delay should occur.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. All orders placed before 12pm AEST from Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped same day pending availability.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country.
Please be aware that LMS will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed to your order, will rest with the customer and will not be reimbursed. We also will not be held responsible for any delays, customs issues or lost/stolen orders as this is out of our control however, if your item hasn't had a tracking update for 12 or more days please email hello@lmsthebrand.com and we can file an investigation for your parcel.
