INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country.
Please be aware that LMS will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. 

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed to your order, will rest with the customer and will not be reimbursed. We also will not be held responsible for any delays, customs issues or lost/stolen orders as this is out of our control however, if your item hasn't had a tracking update for 12 or more days please email hello@lmsthebrand.com and we can file an investigation for your parcel.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We will accept returns and exchanges on purchases, provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the package and your order is in its original condition. 

We offer full refunds on returns as the cost of the return is incurred by the customer. 

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns or full refunds on sale items. This includes items bought on site wide promotional sales (e.g. Black Friday) We can assist in exchanging your item for another size. The cost of the return will depend on your location.
